The iClasp works the same way as your Apple Watch bands do. It easily slides the Apple Watch in through the top or bottom and locks in place.

While we’ve made it easy for the iClasp to attach to your Apple Watch, it is in no danger of falling off. We have tested and retested the strength of our product to ensure that your Apple Watch is truly secure. You would have to be an extremely strong person to try to rip your Apple Watch from the iClasp, which we would not recommend

Your Apple Watch will still track most activities, like your daily steps, for example. However, the heart rate monitor will not work unless your Apple Watch is touching skin. If you want to check your heart rate, just lay the Apple Watch on any part of your skin. This can be easily done when wearing your Apple Watch as a necklace with the iClasp, and you can even check your friends’ heart rates too!

The iClasp is built to last. The stainless steel can withstand normal wear and tear and, as always, taking good care of your iClasp will extend its life even further.

We want you to enjoy our product. If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving your iClasp, we will gladly accept it for a return or exchange.

Shipping generally takes 3 to 4 business days for domestic orders. For purchases made internationally, please allow for more time to process and ship your order.
